Our 30-day happiness guarantee

If your pet isn't into a product, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll help — whether that's an exchange or a refund. We'd rather lose a sale than lose your trust.

How to start a return

Email mellowteam@mellowpaw.org with your order number and we'll walk you through it. Unused, undamaged items can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Used items your pet simply didn't take to? Reach out — we handle those case by case.

Damaged or wrong item?

Email us a photo and your order number and we'll ship a replacement at no cost — no need to return the original. We stand behind everything we sell.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, refunds go back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
