How long does delivery take?

We process orders within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping then takes 2–3 weeks to arrive, and every order includes tracking so you can follow your package the whole way.

Why 2–3 weeks?

We work with specialized fulfillment partners so we can keep our prices well below big-box pet stores — premium enrichment products at prices every pet parent can afford. The tradeoff is a slightly longer wait than next-day delivery, and most customers tell us it's well worth it.

Free shipping

Enjoy free shipping on every order over $30. For orders under $30, a flat rate is calculated at checkout.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number and a live tracking link. Haven't seen it within 5 business days? Check your spam folder, then email us at mellowteam@mellowpaw.org and we'll sort it out right away.
