Here's exactly what to expect after you place your order — no surprises.

How long does delivery take?

We process orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery time then depends on where your item ships from:

🇺🇸 US Warehouse items — 3–6 business days. A growing part of our catalog (including our cat towers) ships from warehouses right here in the US.

Everything else — 2–3 weeks. The rest of our range ships from our international fulfillment partners.

Every order includes tracking so you can follow your package the whole way, and if your order contains both types, items may arrive in separate packages — at no extra cost to you.

Why two speeds?

We work with specialized fulfillment partners so we can keep our prices well below big-box pet stores — premium enrichment products at prices every pet parent can afford. We're moving more of our bestsellers into US warehouses as we grow, so the fast lane keeps getting bigger. For everything else, the tradeoff is a slightly longer wait — and most customers tell us it's well worth it.

Enjoy free shipping on every order over $30. For orders under $30, a flat rate is calculated at checkout.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number and a live tracking link. Haven't seen it within 5 business days? Check your spam folder, then email us at mellowteam@mellowpaw.org and we'll sort it out right away.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is on the way — join our list and we'll let you know the moment it's available.
